Although this lady is perhaps only providing proof that red is the natural color of her hair, I’ve read that this skirt-raising gesture (Greek; ana-suromai) actually represents an ancient tradition that goes back to the goddess Baubo and the myths surrounding Demeter, Greek goddess of fertility.
Similar exhibitionist female deities have been known to many other cultures, and if role-models such as goddesses can do it, it must also be perfectly alright for a woman to raise her skirt this way - and to be worshipped accordingly.
